30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Proof of purchase or valid order number is required
First-Time Customer Confidence Guarantee
For first-time customers, we understand that trying a new wellness product is a personal decision.
As a courtesy, first-time orders may be eligible for store credit within 30 days of delivery even if the product has been opened, limited to one product per customer.
This policy is designed to help you try Elevated Health with confidence while maintaining fairness for all customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item and packaging
- a brief description of the issue
Upon review, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
- replacement product
- store credit
- full refund

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- opened products beyond the first-time customer guarantee
- sale or promotional items
- gift cards
- products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an Elevated Health fulfillment error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Policy Abuse
To protect all customers, Elevated Health reserves the right to limit or deny returns in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity.
